Jay Henning

Board

Jay Hennigan is the Chief Engineer for KYAC Community Radio. Since 2005 he has been the
Chief Network Architect for Impulse Advanced Communications, a network service provider
based in Santa Barbara, California. Prior to Impulse, Jay was one of the founders of
WestNet Communications. He is an active volunteer with Friends of the Breitenbush Cascades,
Salem Amateur Radio Club, and the Oregon Country Fair. Jay is responsible for the recent
deployment of CMTS technology there. Jay is CCIE #7880 and holds an FCC General Radiotelephone
license.

Randall has a BS in Business Management from Marylhurst University and comes to H2A with career experience in financial management and leadership.

JoAnn Hebing

Director & Santiam Chorus Liaison

Moved to Oregon in 1989, became choir director and organist (including children’s choir, handbell choir, handbell ensemble, handchime choir, orchestra) for 14 years.  Retired from the church in @2003 and started the Santiam Community Chorus in @2004.eholder text.
