Jeff Keto

Graduate of North Salem High School and University of Oregon School of Business. Additional training in financial analysis, auditing and risk assessment, business plan review, business lending, bond financing and loan portfolio management. 

Worked over 15 years in commercial banking for US Bank with positions in auditing loan portfolios for documentation and risk, commercial lending to small and medium size businesses and as a district manager in NW Oregon. Worked for Oregon Department of Energy for 14 years analyzing new energy projects for funding and managing the state energy loan program with over $150 million portfolio. Worked for 2 ½ years in business finance to promote economic development for Oregon Economic Development Department prior to retirement in 2014. 

Prior civic activities include Clatsop County United Way financial advisor, president of Astoria Kiwanis Club, Commander of Lower Columbia Power Squadron. Current activities include serving on the Santiam Hearts to Arts board and volunteer work as a small business financial advisor to promote economic development.
